How much product do we give away to customers? The law requires compliance with the declared quantity. If you are not able to effectively control the efficiency of the filling process, you tend to increase the quantity of packaged product, giving away product to the customer and increasing production costs.

IMS MesEvo supports the company in acquiring weight data and continuously aligning the quantity of product required, reducing waste and any risks associated with manual actions. In addition, IMS MesEvo is able to work even in the presence of manual weighing processes, assisting the operator in the programming phase by warning him when sampling is necessary, in the weight acquisition procedure and in the identification of any non-conformities, suggesting actions to solve the problem in order not to block the hourly and/or legal production batch.
The system stores all the information related to the weight in a non-modifiable manner in compliance with current legal requirements.
