IMS CHK - Check List

IMS CHK is a system that enables you to create your own check list dynamics using a software to configure the design of the questions.

Thanks to the versatility of this solution it is possible to: 

• Create questions for each type of control you want to perform, 
• Select the type of action in the event of error, create alert and even intercept with an automatic stop during the process.
• Indicate the timing of the proposed check list or re-proposing it again in case of missed or incomplete implementation.

IMS CHK, exploiting the connection with the production plan that is directly transmitted to the mobile device, automatically proposes the exact check list to the operator. This is simply thanks to its position in the check point hence it can completely zero the risk of errors in production with choices not inherent in the product.

Reports that are generated by IMS CHK allows the status of the controls and all the necessary information to be viewed in real time so that timely decisions targeted on production can be taken. The aggregation of information including also the statistics compiled by the diagrams can be carried out according to the necessity of their visualization.
