IMS PEOPLE

IMS PEOPLE is a modular system that was created to manage all administrative aspects and not just for personnel management. Easy to use and fully customizable thanks to its parametric structure. IMS PEOPLE is open to all types of companies and of any size (restaurants, hotels, factories etc ..) and the industrial sector.

The IMS PEOPLE module is a simple and intuitive management software, totally modular that stands out for its flexibility: thanks to the automatic controls on legal requirements (generating alarms and managing legislative issues such as mandatory rest time and accumulated working hours and night shifts with the transition to the next day) and the  use of real-time economic information on staff and on the state bench / holidays / permits, allows the office staff to become an indispensable support to the strategic decisions of the company.

The IMS ACCESS module, was created to control and manage access to the plant or to any customer site. The check is conducted through the use of badges that will be authorized to allow access or to move from one area to another, or on certain days or hours, or shifts. This allows you to have an eye on the transfer of employees, contractors or visitors in the plant.

The IMS TEMP module is designed to support the company and the HR department, in the complex management of the work administered by integrating in a single environment, the production departments, the HR department and the temp work agencies. The synergies thus generated, controlled in accordance with legal parameters, allow a use of “normal” resource while minimizing risks of employment that does not conform to the rigid labour laws.
