Truck Availability Check
TAC is a system for the control and management of load orders in real time, which responds to the continuous search of margins of efficiency in production processes.
It has been defined as a strategic system to improve the procedures and activities related to the availability of the product on the ground or in the production lines, and the load (direct or prestage) of the cars, following the orders of load defined in the developed systems; the system (based on warehouse stocks and discharge orders and production both in progress and planned) calculates, for each load order, if the order can be implemented and that the car selected can be loaded.
TAC allows you to have perfect synchronization between production and calling of the trucks and to know when a truck is available for loading by avoiding delays due to continuous monitoring of the production information from the various departments.
TAC will let you know in REAL TIME the loading plan, the state of control of production and the forecast of availability.
TAC allows you to view the status of the loading docks, the state of the trucks, the status of the products coming from other warehouses and ADR cargoes (transport of dangerous goods), the summary of the day and the loading docks details.
TAC allows you to check the timestamp of all the trucks, and also have a knowledge of all of their destinations, you can also get the details of the real-time performance inclusive of load details, the summary by day, month etc ...
TAC allows you to prepare the loading simulations and print the picking list, the BAM (delivery notes/bill of lading), the sheet for the load of the inspection and the management for the management of quality control for the cars on the exhaust.
