Pill 5 - K-User and Industry 4.0

Companies rely on those 4/5 people who are the guardians of the productive environment: total knowledge, extreme reliability, lightning reaction capability. These people are overloaded and consumed by processes that could be automated. What could these people do, if free from these tasks? Many overestimate the capabilities of external suppliers and underestimate the capabilities of their managers. Suppliers have different goals than the company, and if relying on them may at first glance be the only way to progress, it could turn into a pipe dream. You complete a project on one line or machine and then fail to replicate it on the others and abandon it, because internal resources have not been formed. But who are these resources, and where to get them? This is the real transformation of Industria 4.0: by automating processes, internal resources can dedicate themselves to the management of improvement projects, because they know the defects and inefficiencies of the machines on which they have worked for so long. This is the transformation towards Industry 4.0 (and the only way to receive Italian and European funding).
