Pill 3 - The IMS Informatica solution
Thanks to an algorithm perfected through years of experience, our IMS CHECK LIST system allows the customer to control every aspect of quality and to pursue different objectives over time, adapting the controls to new needs. In fact, through a short configuration process, the quality controls automatically adapt to the product and the production. Each operator will only find the specific controls for each phase of production. All the controls will have their success parameters set according to the product and the operator will be able to know, in real time, the result of the control, commenting on any discrepancies. The operator can also be obliged to carry out the checks at the pre-established times and locations. Anomalies will be communicated immediately to those responsible.
The system allows the creation of checks, Y/N, input (manual, from scanners, from industrial machines, from lists of values), visual checks with reference images, and others. For each check it is possible to acquire photos, documents, to comment on the anomalies found.
