IMS CIL - CLEAN INSPECTION LUBRICATION
In optical TPM, the software IMS CIL allows you to achieve maximum results quickly and in a simple manner, it accompanies the operator and the company in every phase of planning and maintenance. From the activities of control of the various machines to the management of the centre line (and including the historical archiving of data from normal to abnormal) the memorization of all breakages/Faults and the defect management. Everything is managed automatically by this incredible tool.
The type of inspection to be carried out can be programmed on the basis of the type of production or the time schedule. The operations are divided by line, for machine or for area. In this way, the operator is directed to the place (and the machine) to be inspected and shown the type of control to be carried out. The activities that were not carried out from the previous ones are then re-proposed in successive turns so that if checks are essential for the correct advancement of production, alarms and blocks can be inserted on the same line. It is also possible to schedule control activities by choosing the days in which they must be carried out, and in such that activities which have specific needs and different cycle to the month in reference can be inserted in planning
It is possible to carry out targeted searches thanks to the filtered by line selection, type CIL, month and year. In fact, the simplicity of the interface allows the use of the such in an easy and intuitive manner and also applying basic colours to it in order to gain immediate attention of the operators.
On the operator screen, it is possible to simultaneously display:
- The technical data sheets of the operations to be carried out, the previous inputs (accompanied by photographs and video)
- The expected time for the control and the actual time taken
- The values of centreline
- The level of completion of inspection itself
- A High lighting of colours showing important information: green, yellow, red.
- A negative control immediately opens a failure and connects to the software for immediate resolution
