Pill 2 - Targets Industry 4.0
Industry 4.0 has as objective the interconnection of production lines with ERP systems. In the administrative and commercial management of companies there are mainly 2 types of systems: ERP, and a set of applications that we can enclose under the acronym MES. Neither of the two has an overall view of the production line: ERP systems send material and receive in exchange finished product, while MES analyze at most the machine downtime giving only indications of performance.
This lack of "communication" is now solved by IMS Informatica systems that make INTERCONNECT management and production.
