IMS System ZERO Risk ZR
A package of tools useful for the safety management and maintenance within the plant
Maintaining the philosophy of creating software modules with deferred activation, IMS Informatica has developed a set of tools dedicated to safety management and maintenance of the plant. ZERO Risk ZR System includes several modules useful for the control of maintenance and safe conduct operations. In addition to the IMS CHK Check list tool (described separately), we have:
CIL – Clean Inspection Lubrication
This is the tool for the verification and implementation of probing cycles and plant lubrication. It also allows you to schedule the various machine’s control activities, the management centre of the line, the storage for damages / anomalies and defect management.
DH – Defects Handling
The tool that collects all the fields of defects for the subsequent management of their resolution.
DKG – Defects Kaizen Failures
Is an integrated system for the management of defects and damages and the proposition of the Kaizen projects on web platform. The system, integrated with the DH - Defects Handling tool, allows you to set and monitor the activities resolution of defects and damages, including the addition of the management of information regarding the suppliers.
CM – Change Management & ACM – Authorization Change Management
The CM tool manages the improvement proposals for the operation of a machine or of infrastructure changes on the production lines, made directly by the operators. ACM instead assists the management of authorization processes by facilitating communication to all concerned. A better solution keeping track of all communications.
AM - Activities Management
The tool that allows the design and programming of non-routine on the production lines, with real- time management of the progress of the activities.
BOS - Behaviours Observation System
This tool was created for the observation of how to behave in unsafe environments. Our solution allows through the use of mobile devices, the design, photograph, document and capture of information related to observations of behavior, thus creating a handbook of safe behaviors.
QAT - Quality Assessment Tool
The tool allows the definition of quality targets of the materials, with the help of images to display the standards set forth by the establishment. An essential module to check operator quality manual controls on the production lines with manual identification of the object verified in a simple and intuitive way.
OFS - On Going Feedbacks System
A tool that records the comments from users and the monitoring of particular behavior of staff assigned to the department. Its purpose allows inventorying every behavior within the plant in order to standardize procedures of behavior within the plant.
PCOF - Proactive Coaching On Field
A tool that allows the operator to indicate (and later re-use) the best procedure for the activities that are going to be performed
MPSA - MPSA
This is the tool that allows the recording of the causes that has led to a single run of production outside the production target: number of boxes/pieces of products superior or lesser than a threshold, production time higher or lesser than a threshold, early or delayed start and end of production. The system offers information acquired within the statistics on production management system
