Integration COGNEX cameras in the IMS MAS system
The IMS MAS system has been integrated with the control of COGNEX cameras. Through our system it is possible to or not manage the activation of the control and the focal length of the camera, based on the product configuration. In addition, the IMS MAS system retrieves information of "no read" to block the production when the set alarm threshold is exceeded and then produce the necessary reports for the analysis of that information. In this way, the verification of the presence of the labels, and their congruity with the production in progress, is automated, eliminating any possibility of error.
